Software Defined Networking Specialist

A leading financial institution in Sydney seeks a highly skilled Software Defined Networking Specialist to join its infrastructure team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with strong automation expertise to drive innovation and improve network efficiency.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Python scripting and Ansible automation, as well as hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate will be able to integrate automation with APIs and external platforms, demonstrate a deep understanding of network automation, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Programming Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible
Automation Experience:
  • CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Terraform, OpenShift, and Kubernetes knowledge
  • Integration with APIs and external platforms
Network Automation:
  • Demonstrated understanding of network automation principles
  • Experience with network automation tools and technologies
