Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our National HR team at Linde plc. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to business leaders and the HR Manager with HR and Employee Relations issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to business leaders and the HR Manager with HR and Employee Relations issues.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for ER/IR requests and advice, interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Support the HR Manager in managing non-complex conflict resolution, investigations, and mediation activities.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key internal stakeholders, including HR Managers, Recruitment, Learning, and HR Services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Undergraduate or Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management / Employment Law.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with an aptitude for learning.
  • Writing Ability: Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies and advice.
