Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with personal hygiene activities, and delivering customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications accurately and responsibly, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, while upholding their comfort and dignity.
  • Deliver personalized care that meets each client's unique requirements, preferences, and schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent qualification).

  • Driver's license and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Blue Card.
