Job Title: Direct Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking casual and permanent part-time Direct Support Workers to join our team in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and more
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Support individuals with mobility using hoists and slide sheets
  • Contribute to domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation
  • Aid individuals in engaging with their community through activities like attending doctors appointments, grocery shopping, or social events

Requirements:

  • Must be available for early morning shifts
  • Excellent communication skills and dedication to providing high-quality service
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Calm and confident in all environments, with an understanding of professional boundaries
