Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.
This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, leading the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, and promoting staff development.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, adhering to EBAs, Awards, and contract management standards.
- Recruitment and Performance Management: Lead the recruitment process, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure staff compliance with certifications and training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certifications and Training: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA, strong knowledge of EBAs, Awards, and contract management.
- Experience and Skills: Experience in recruitment, performance management, HR compliance, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
