The OpportunityYou will be pivotal in supporting clinical staff with the delivery of safe, effective care to our residents. As an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, your expertise will be valuable in contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations and providing quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provision of hands-on care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Delivering thorough assessments and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.
- Providing quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.
- Promoting best practice interventions to lead to positive health outcomes.
