We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to lead our bistro team in a high-volume operation. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, leading a structured and enthusiastic team, and driving service excellence through hands-on leadership, induction, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment, induction, training, and development of Front of House staff.
- Support and cascade core values and behaviours within the business.
- Develop processes to address customer feedback and maintain exceptional customer experiences.
- Work with the Leadership team to implement operational expectations, training standards, and policies.
- Manage systems that support venue standards and customer experience.
- Organise promotional activities that support business strategies.
- Maintain Workplace Health & Safety standards.
- Strong knowledge and experience as a leader in a large food and beverage operation.
- Ability to effectively lead a large and diverse team (ideally 2+ years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for customer experience and authentic care.
- Current/valid RSA Certification.
