Job Opportunity: Scheduling and Administration Support

The role of Scheduling and Administration Officer is a vital part of delivering culturally safe and responsive aged care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders.

Working in a collaborative team environment, this position plays a key part in scheduling aged care staff using Leecare software to ensure timely and effective service delivery in clients' homes and community settings.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Aged Care team, contributing to the overall success of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the scheduling and administration of aged care staff using Leecare software.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Aged Care team.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. They will also possess strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of personal resilience and flexibility.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in aged care or community services.
  • Proficiency in using Leecare or similar scheduling and client management systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of personal resilience and flexibility.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and complete data entry.
