About This Role

This opportunity is for a skilled professional to support the delivery of culturally safe and responsive aged care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling staff using Leecare software, ensuring timely and effective service delivery in clients' homes and community settings.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, completing data entry, and providing general administrative support to the Aged Care team.

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have demonstrated experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in aged care or community services.
  • Proficiency in using Leecare or similar scheduling and client management systems.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of personal resilience and flexibility with the ability to work under pressure.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
