Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team at Perigon Group, a scale-up technology infrastructure company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in ASX-listed companies and a relevant sector background in technology, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure.

The CFO will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial strategy, preparing and guiding us through the next phase of growth. This includes readying the group for imminent IPO and subsequently holding responsibility for reporting, investor relations, compliance, and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of public company investor relations, compliance, and reporting standards, as well as experience in capital management and infrastructure financing. They will be able to drive long-term financial planning and ensure adherence to the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's financial strategy and prepare for IPO
  • Hold responsibility for reporting, investor relations, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Drive long-term financial planning and ensure adherence to company objectives
  • Provide financial and commercial leadership for major infrastructure projects

Requirements:

  • Experience as a CFO in an ASX-listed company
  • Relevant sector background in technology, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of public company investor relations, compliance, and reporting standards
