About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our Employment Services team in Wantirna South. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to a team of Employment Coaches, overseeing the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants, and developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and provide leadership to a team of Employment Coaches, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Job Placement Coordination: Oversee the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants, ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other relevant parties.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that employment services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and government regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven capability of leading a successful driven team in a similar role.
  • Employment Services Experience: Previous experience in Employment, Community Services or Business Services Management or a related field.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements and KPI's and Health and Safety legislation.
