About Our Team Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to lead our invasive species team in regional NSW. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of biosecurity professionals in the operational delivery of pest animal programs, travelling stock reserve management, plant biosecurity, and emergency responses across the Murray region.

Your primary objective will be to oversee core services and work with other teams to deliver invasive species programs. You will also be responsible for leading our regional strategic plans development and implementation for pest animals and high-priority weeds in the Murray region.

Additionally, you will engage a geographically dispersed and technically skilled team to implement pest animal, TSR work, and weed control programs in partnership with landholders and other stakeholders. Your ability to inspire direction and purpose in your team and recognize achievements will be an asset.
