Lead Building Structures Strategy

 

This is a key leadership position within our business responsible for developing and executing the strategy for building structures across Australia. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of engineers and support staff to deliver complex projects and grow the practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the building structures strategy to establish and grow the practice across Australia.
  • Build client relationships and secure major project wins.
  • Actively deliver projects and oversee the technical excellence and quality of building structural engineering across diverse sectors.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team aligned with our company's values and technical standards.
  • Collaborate across business groups to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, professional registration, and at least 15 years of experience in consulting engineering. Strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and ability to win and deliver complex projects are essential. A strong client network and passion for innovation, quality, and team development will be key to success.
