Chief Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of a state-of-the-art Facilities Operations Centre. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless 24X7 monitoring of the data centre's physical infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor the data centre Amazon facilities infrastructure platform
- Act as a liaison between internal and external teams
- Develop and implement communication protocols to enhance team performance
- Conduct post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure timely updates of records
- Collaborate with teams during emergency recovery efforts
- Develop tools to improve team efficiency
This role requires a deep understanding of data centre IT infrastructure and how it interacts with data centre facilities infrastructure.
