Compliance Officer

Job Title:
Compliance Officer- Assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide expert legal advice on regulatory, governance, operational matters and privacy issues to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal support across the business.
- Develop and implement process improvements, share knowledge, and promote a culture of compliance within the organisation.
You are a seasoned legal professional with post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, gained in-house and/or in private practice. You are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, thrive in dynamic environments, and balance attention to detail with a pragmatic approach.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with contract management, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
