Your role as Relief Team Leader will be to ensure the flawless execution of all events by creating memorable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Events Lead this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of colleagues working in the Event Service department.

**Responsibilities include.**
- Engaging with your Guests to provide the best possible service by anticipating their needs.
- Becoming the one point of contact for the Event host
- Connecting and identifying Guests needs by asking the right questions and creating a rapport immediately.
- Being enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a problem solver
- Manage high energy, fast-paced events operations that provides Guests with a dynamic and memorable experience.
- Assists Events Hosts and Guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs while using all available resources.
- Ability to plan, execute and manage events with minimum supervision.

**About You**
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in events/ restaurant setting operations desired but not necessary.
- Outgoing and inclusive personality
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Flexibility to work split shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A current RSA and RCG
