In this role, you'll contribute to meeting financial crime risk obligations, embedding regulatory changes, and strengthening our overall risk culture. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive meaningful change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting process changes aligned to financial crime risk frameworks and policies
  • Ensuring adherence to financial crime compliance requirements
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centered risk thinking
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Contributing to and managing plans that enhance procedures and controls
  • Maintaining risk systems to track assessments, incidents, and issues

We're seeking individuals who have been on a career break for two years or more, hold permanent Australian working rights, and possess 5+ years of experience in Institutional Banking products or a Financial Crime, Compliance, or Risk role in Banking.
