Daily Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including meat processing and packaging.
- Lead a team of butchers and production staff to meet output and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sustainability practices.
- Manage inventory, stock, and supply chains for smooth facility operations.
- Coordinate with retail locations for timely delivery of products.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or similar qualifications.
