In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools, including Faith Leech Aquatic Centre, Brennan Park Swimming Pool, Marong Swimming Pool, Heathcote Swimming Pool, and Long Gully Splash Park.

You will also assist the Venue Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of these facilities, with a focus on safety, supervision, risk management, facility maintenance, and operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about water safety and has a desire to work in a dynamic and growing organisation.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as free facility access, great career paths and development opportunities, and a great work-life balance with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
