At CPL - Choice, Passion, Life, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing inclusive care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support with personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and more
  • Administering medications
  • Assisting with mobility, including transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets
  • Domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Community engagement, including attending doctors' appointments, grocery shopping, and other social or recreational activities

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
  • Commitment to infection prevention and control measures, including the use of PPE as directed
  • Driver's License and Vehicle
  • A smartphone with an iOS 13.0 and up operating system or an Android 6.0 and up operating system
