Job Title: Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service focused individual to join our team as an Administration 2IC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our administration manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders* Assist the administration manager in tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books and monthly reporting* Assist in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services* Maintain accurate records and files* Perform other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
