We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team at Tweed Heads Salvos Stores.

About The Job

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will assist with sales, visual merchandising, stock management, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
  • Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations
  • Developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
  • FOLLOWING OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY AND PROCEDURES
  • Demonstrating TSA core values in all work-related activities
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling: moving, lifting, and arranging stock, including furniture and large donations
About You

You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail sales is not essential, but you must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
