- As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, while managing patient records and updating electronic medical records.
- You will also be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and coordinating patient flow in the reception area.
- Furthermore, you will assist with billing and insurance claims processing, providing flexibility and adaptability in your daily tasks.
About You
">We are looking for someone with previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting, knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
