Program Coordinator - Community Development

This role supports the delivery of programs that build young men's skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program delivery of Building Young Men programs in Bathurst
  • Coordination with participating schools and reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community
  • Organisation of end-of-program celebrations and activities
  • Coordination of all aspects of Building Young Men Programs, including recruitment, marketing, safeguarding, equipment, and resources
  • Ongoing review and updating of Building Young Men programs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement
  • Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a relevant area
  • Current driver's license, valid WWCC, and CPR certification
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within community sports environments
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering disability, community, or school-based sports
