A seasoned professional is required to spearhead our global wholesale strategy, build relationships with key international stockists and agents, and partner with brand and comms teams to align storytelling with sales goals.
About the Role:- This is a leadership position that involves turning vision into results by leveraging sales, brand, and storytelling skills.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing seasonal sell-ins, forecasting, pricing, and margin targets, as well as identifying new growth opportunities and go-to-market strategies across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global wholesale strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- BUILD strong relationships with key international stockists and agents to increase brand visibility and sales.
- PARTNER with brand and comms teams to ensure messaging supports sales goals and drives engagement.
- MANAGE seasonal sell-ins, forecasting, pricing, and margin targets to optimize revenue and profitability.
- IDENTIFY new growth opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
- A bold, curious, and commercially savvy leader with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Highly autonomous and self-led, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks.
