The Receptionist is a key member of the headspace Kalgoorlie team, providing a wide range of general administration reception duties in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service to clients, their families, and carers.
- Support the administration team with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with events and meetings as required.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Register clients and prepare client files.
- Make appointments with headspace staff and consortium partners.
- Send out daily SMS reminders to clients.
- Create hAPI profiles and surveys for clients.
- Collect, record, and distribute incoming mail, and send outgoing mail.
- Pick up mail from the post office on a weekly basis.
- Complete general correspondence as required.
- Respond to emails and redirect them to the appropriate staff member.
- Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies, and other sundries as needed.
- Ensure there is sufficient stock of office supplies.
- You will have a commitment to upholding HOPE's vision, mission, and values.
- You will have a minimum of a Year 10 certificate.
- You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will have excellent administrative and computer skills.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You will have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- You will have prior experience working in a youth and/or mental health setting.
