About the Role

The Receptionist is a key member of the headspace Kalgoorlie team, providing a wide range of general administration reception duties in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception service to clients, their families, and carers.
  • Support the administration team with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with events and meetings as required.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Register clients and prepare client files.
  • Make appointments with headspace staff and consortium partners.
  • Send out daily SMS reminders to clients.
  • Create hAPI profiles and surveys for clients.
  • Collect, record, and distribute incoming mail, and send outgoing mail.
  • Pick up mail from the post office on a weekly basis.
  • Complete general correspondence as required.
  • Respond to emails and redirect them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies, and other sundries as needed.
  • Ensure there is sufficient stock of office supplies.
About You
  • You will have a commitment to upholding HOPE's vision, mission, and values.
  • You will have a minimum of a Year 10 certificate.
  • You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will have excellent administrative and computer skills.

  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
