Bag Repair Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled craftsmen to contribute to our growth and success.

As a bag repair technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of services, including part replacement, crafting, and leather working.You will use advanced tools and machinery, such as sewing machines, to restore leather goods through cleaning, conditioning, and recolouring.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing repairs and restorations on premium fashion goods with attention to detail
  • Sourcing and selecting suitable types and grades of leather and fabric
  • Disassembling and reassembling leather and fabric/canvas bags
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent customer service and inventory management skills.Requirements:
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in bag repair, upholstery, saddlery, or leather goods making
  • Familiarity with different bag constructions and parts
  • Experience working on premium fashion goods with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with varying speed and attention to detail
  • Experience working in teams with minimal supervision
  • Resourcefulness and ability to achieve best results
  • Permanent rights to work in Australia
