Job Title: Security Professional
A senior security specialist is required to oversee the day-to-day security operations of our data centres in Australia.
The successful candidate will manage a team of security officers, coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security programs for personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management.
- Create and manage security requirements at large sites.
- Design and review security documentation including transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs.
- Identify program and physical security requirements, problems, and solutions to sustain and enhance security.
- Perform and/or support the maintenance of security hardware and systems employed onsite.
- Establish relationships with internal and external partners to heighten security awareness and engagement.
- Direct and manage onsite security forces to run daily security operations.
- Manage the classified material program ensuring procedures are developed and operated in accordance with security policies.

Requirements:
- Expertise in physical security systems including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
