Internal Product Strategist

This is a role requiring strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to develop and execute the internal product strategy and delivery across our Private Business Tax & Advisory Service Line.

The successful candidate will oversee the evolution and execution of our internal product vision, working in close collaboration with senior business unit leaders and technology teams.

The Internal Product Strategist will lead and mentor a high-performing product organisation, shaping a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation and operational efficiency.

A bachelor's degree is required, with MBA or advanced degree highly desirable.

8+ years' experience in a major professional services firms is essential, with deep understanding of client services and regulatory environments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling product organisations and leading organisational transformation in regulated, enterprise settings.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the service line's internal technology vision and strategy, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams, and establishing and maintaining product development frameworks and governance.
