Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Visionary to drive the development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver fashion-forward solutions that maximize sales, profit, and inventory forecasts.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing product strategies aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with designers to ensure critical design issues or developments are highlighted and resolved when required.
  • Selecting, developing, and sourcing fabrications, colours, trims, etc. in line with company standards.
  • Attending fit sessions to ensure best fit is achieved and approving final samples when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 4 years of experience in product development or design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
  • Ability to time manage workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
