Key Role Summary:

The role of Cash Operations Lead is pivotal in driving the success of Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank Business in Australia. It entails coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to foster growth and support the Australian franchise.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and adhere to performance metrics set by senior management
  • Process transactions on time, including performing relevant controls
  • Manage staff daily, assigning responsibilities as needed
  • Update operational procedures and ensure adherence to guidelines and benchmarks
  • Conduct performance reviews and participate in self-assessment exercises
  • Effectively manage risk and promote an environment aware of operational risk management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills for interacting across business disciplines, regions, and branches

- Proficiency in Regulatory Reporting requirements for Cash Operations (IFTI Reporting and Tax Reporting)

- Knowledge of payment message types and associated conventions

- Effective stakeholder management, service delivery, decision-making, and leadership skills

- Strong people management skills
