About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Senior Partner Success Manager to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. This is a key market-facing role that requires a deep understanding of the airline industry and a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Results Focused - Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals and drive business growth.
  2. Partner Advocate - Build and maintain strong relationships with executive management at our airline partners, understanding their business priorities and leveraging insights to drive new opportunities.
  3. Insight Driven and Solution-Oriented - Analyze data and develop strong insights that lead to program enhancements and new solutions, driving business value for our partners.
  4. Relationship Builder - Effectively maintain existing account relationships and expand relationships to additional business groups with each of our customers.
  5. Trusted Advisor - Work closely with our partners to understand their underlying interests and business priorities, providing guidance and support to drive business success.
  6. Effective Communicator - Articulate the partner's current and future business performance and priorities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Product Ambassador - Understand the Plusgrade solutions available to drive customer goals and develop joint action plans, leveraging best practices across the Plusgrade partner community.
  8. Influencer - Drive business priorities through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
  9. Account Growth Specialist - Achieve account growth targets in pursuit of exceeding revenue goals, leveraging a matrix-based approach to strategic account management.
Requirements
  1. 4-6 years of experience managing complex clients, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
  2. Proven experience in cultivating and nurturing relationships with executive management.
  3. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and effectively communicate strategic initiatives.
  4. Track record of influencing key stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
  5. Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire confidence and trust at all levels of the organization.
  6. Proven ability to cross-sell and up-sell new opportunities to clients.
  7. Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Comfortable participating in technical conversations.
  10. Strong project management, group collaboration, and organizational skills.
  11. Excellent analytical skills required to analyze data and provide insight to partners and internal teams.
  12. Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  13. Ability to travel up to 30%.
