We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Senior Partner Success Manager to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. This is a key market-facing role that requires a strong understanding of the airline industry and a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of airline Partners and drive growth through strategic initiatives and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with executive management and key stakeholders to understand business priorities and drive alignment.
  • Provide insights and analysis to drive program enhancements and new solutions, leveraging analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Partners, delivering performance insights, project-related tasks, technical training, and operational oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account results and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience managing complex clients, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Proven experience in cultivating and nurturing relationships with executive management.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and effectively communicate strategic initiatives.
  • Track record of influencing key stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire confidence and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell and up-sell new opportunities to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable participating in technical conversations.
  • Strong project management, group collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills required to analyze data and provide insight to Partners and internal teams.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
