Operational Technology Leader

This is a key opportunity to lead operational technology initiatives in energy infrastructure. You will oversee the delivery of projects spanning generation sites and corporate systems, working closely with engineering, IT, and site operations teams to ensure strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity standards are met.

About The Role:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to drive OT project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple energy generation sites.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levels, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations through effective management.
  • C-coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across OT systems and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries (e.g., energy, utilities, mining, or heavy industry).
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in government-owned or regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or asset management.
