
Service Improvement Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to take operational leadership for services within their directorate, ensuring they run efficiently and meet evolving patient needs.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of key service improvements, manage performance, and oversee new projects and programmes. They will provide day-to-day leadership, fostering a supportive culture within their team.
- Manage service activity to ensure compliance with financial targets and contractual KPIs
- Lead the implementation and management of long-term service strategies
- Collate Board and stakeholder assurance/contract reporting
- Develop a working environment that fosters high morale and commitment among all staff

Requirements
- Professional degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification/experience

- Demonstrable track record of delivering on contracts and managing budgets
