Banking Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of sales and service to our customers.
In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer's best interests at heart. You will work collaboratively within the team and the wider Suncorp functions to achieve our strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving customer development through active development plans and maintaining a high level of performance and learning opportunities.
- Executing our connect conversation framework to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Making informed decisions and taking appropriate actions to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Contributing to growth in the bank, across both lending and deposit portfolios.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Demonstrated experience in a retail customer sales and service environment.
- A history of providing outstanding customer service in current or previous roles.
- Banking experience desirable, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of Personal Banking and General Insurance products and processes.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Financial Services Legislation requirements.
