About the RoleAs a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. You'll meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
You'll be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
You'll actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, and take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective. You'll ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
