Baxter is a leading global healthcare company that is committed to saving and sustaining lives. We are seeking a highly skilled Mercury Process Specialist to join our ANZ Compounding Operations team.

As a Mercury Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems across compounding sites. Your key responsibilities will include investigating system and process issues, working with stakeholders to identify enhancements, and reviewing proof of concepts and proposed design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate system and process issues related to implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders on needed enhancements, including articulating and documenting requirements.
  • Review of proof of concepts or proposed design solutions, including mapping out current and future state.
  • Preparation and execution of test scripts, update of process documentation, oversee implementation, including post-implementation review.
  • Support Mercury Reporting systems, including Power BI and BI Cognos (ANZ), ensuring integrity of information presented through these reporting systems.

  • Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to fast-moving and ever-changing environments.
  • Ability to engage with multiple levels within the organization and across different segments of the business.
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer needs.
  • Works independently within established procedures.
  • Functional experience using ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) and reporting systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility when faced with challenges.

Qualifications:

  • At least a degree qualified in an appropriate discipline, such as Information Systems/Technology, Business, Analytics, or Science.
  • At least 5 years' experience in one or more of systems, processes, analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and change management.
