Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless supply chain logistics and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Your expertise in food safety standards and ability to follow established procedures will be crucial in ensuring the safe handling and organization of food products.
This position requires a high degree of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies, equipment, and materials according to established procedures and inventory management systems.
Conduct regular inventory counts, update records, and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and arrange for dispatch based on requisitions or orders, adhering to delivery schedules and proper documentation.
Coordinate with logistics teams to manage transportation, distribution, and tracking of materials to various locations as per mission requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, including handling materials safely, following safety protocols, and disposing of waste appropriately.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials and perform loading and unloading tasks.
Requirements:
Must be a US or Australian citizen
Must Possess an active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Must have an understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
