Job Description:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, receiving and storing supplies, equipment, and materials, as well as preparing shipments for dispatch. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receives, inspects, and stores incoming supplies and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Conducts regular inventory counts and updates records to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Prepares shipments, packs items securely, and arranges for their dispatch based on requisitions or orders.
  • Collaborates with logistics teams to manage transportation and tracking of materials.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • US or Australian citizenship.
  • Active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
