We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary expert to join our team. As a full-time chef, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and managing food supply orders.
- Oversight of the quality of dishes throughout the preparation and presentation stages.
- Collaboration with managers, dietitians, and kitchen and serving staff to address food preparation concerns.
- Demonstration of cooking techniques and provision of guidance on culinary procedures.
- Preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience as a chef and hold a relevant qualification.
- Strong customer service skills, solid cooking techniques, and the ability to prepare meals to a high standard while maintaining food quality.
- Proficiency with knife skills and menu planning is important, along with effective time management to handle a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong communication, kitchen management, and problem-solving abilities.
