Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team in a part-time position for our Banquets Kitchen team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, creativity and passion for food production, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Deliver high-quality cuisine that exceeds business and guest expectations.
- Perform tasks within a timely manner to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Consistently produce great food production, in line with high quality standards.
- Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements in line with HACCP standards.
- Liaise with the Kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A can-do attitude and strong desire to achieve high results.
- Previous experience in a banqueting environment would be highly regarded.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principals.
- Food Safety Certificate is essential.

Additional Requirements:
