As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to approved specifications and recipes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items on time within designated schedules ensuring optimal quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas at all times adhering to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Supervise tasks performed by junior chefs and catering assistants promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain efficient sanitation services and garbage disposal systems minimizing waste and ensuring environmental sustainability.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a bulk cooking environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Vocational training in culinary arts and related hygiene courses.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
