We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to oversee the kitchen operations at our resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop innovative menus and manage food costs
  • Implement efficient stock control systems and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit, train, and roster staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior chef role
  • Formal culinary qualification and extensive knowledge of OHS/HACCP
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
