About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Management expert to lead our design strategy for a large-scale urban development project in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities management requirements are thoroughly captured, incorporated, and addressed during the design stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for facilities management, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project proponents, engineering teams, and procurement specialists, to ensure seamless integration of facilities management requirements.
  • Resource Management: Manage and own the design review schedule, ensuring timely completion and effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Design Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of design submissions, ensuring compliance with facilities management standards and best practices.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Work with procurement teams to identify and engage top design companies, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet facilities management requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in facilities management sustainable design and management for large-scale, complex urban developments.
  • Leadership: At least 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role, with a proven track record of driving design excellence and facilities management best practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management principles, sustainable design practices, and industry trends in the Middle East.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills highly desirable.
