About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Element Melbourne Richmond. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, providing exceptional service to guests and exceeding their expectations.
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with the bar service period, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar.
  • Fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attend to in-house events.
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.

About You:

  • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Working rights in Australia.
