We are seeking a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant in our Front Office. The successful applicant must be very customer focused and be able to work a flexible roster.
**Duties**:
- Creating a database of providers for our CoS team
- Assisting support coordinators with putting together review reports/ following up with providers etc
- Assisting support coordinators with keeping up to date with case notes
- Working within company and clients works management systems
- Organise, store, and print company documents as needed
- Providing support to the organisation through general office administration duties in an effective, efficient, and proactive manner
- Support the team across a range of campaigns and events.
- Providing marketing support to attract more clients.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders and redirect or escalate as required.
- Accurately record customer/contractor information on the company database
- Follow-up on required documentation within a required timeframe
- Validation of records
- Contribute to the overall team’s success
- Plan and implement social media and social proof for specific marketing goals
- Drive campaigns through various communication tools

- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft systems and HR management software
