Job Title: District Pricing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled District Pricing Manager to lead our pricing strategy and ensure consistent profitability and growth of operating income. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class pricing strategy, managing rate cards, and overseeing the pricing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy that ensures consistent profitability and growth of operating income.
  • Manage rate cards and ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Oversee the pricing team and ensure speed and accuracy in quote responses.
  • Collaborate with the District Management Team to ensure alignment with pricing strategy and outcomes.
  • Improve speed of spot quote turnaround and understand customer strategies and practices used to procure rates.
  • Work with Branch Product and Sales and Account Management to identify and close key targets.
  • Utilize analytical data to review results and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • International Air and Ocean Product Knowledge.
  • Pricing Management.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Sense of urgency for goal achievement.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong rapport and relationship building focused.
  • Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions.
