Support Worker in Eastern Suburbs

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs. As a Support Worker, you will provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.

Your role will involve intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health. This includes planning activities and social outings, developing connections with the community, and achieving their goals.

You will assist clients with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and other needs. A valid full Australian driver's license and own car are essential for this role. Comprehensive Car Insurance and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) are also required.

In addition to your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, we require you to be skilled in manual handling, managing challenging behaviors, and delivering high-care support. Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing is highly desirable.

This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability. A permanent role may be offered in future for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
