Job Description
Home Instead is a leading provider of high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults. We help with a range of personal and lifestyle needs while providing welcome companionship for ageing adults.
About the role:
We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family As a CAREGiver, you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 9am onwards.
At our Sydney Eastern Suburbs Office, we service areas from the Sutherland area. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success, with no prior experience or qualifications necessary.

About you:
Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
Previous experience in aged care desirable but not essential.
Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
Must be located and willing to travel up to 20 minutes to and from their first and last client.
Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smartphone to be able to navigate through various applications.
Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
Mandarin speaking candidates highly desired and encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have permanent rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
